We are in the process of de-cluttering and getting rid of stuff that we won’t be taking with us to Houston. I wanted to make items available to family members first – free of charge – if you are interested in any of it.

First item: some strange grating. This was available at work (it had been a cage for some secure storage at work), and when I picked it up, we had lofty ambitions of moving to an acreage- and I figured it would be great for a chicken coop or something. Anyway, it has been in the garage for a few years (while the acreage dream died), although we did use a smaller piece of it for the roof racks on the van – bolted to roofracks and used to haul cargo bags for our vacation trips.

Some quantities and measurements:
Qty 8 – 47″ x 118″
Qty 3 – 58″ x 118″
Qty 1 – 47″ x 94″ (along with one smaller piece)

And here is a second closer look – it is fairly heavy duty stuff, and has probably three supporting braced on each piece as well.

Next up: our old rototiller. It is one of those rear-tine ones, but the motor is not currently running. I had taken off a couple of parts (air filter, etc), but my small motor skills are limited, as was my time and ambition.

Also in the garage is some heavy duty shelving that we put in (as they were getting rid of it when they reworked the warehouse at work). This is currently installed – and bolted to the rafters, so if you are interested in it, you will have to uninstall it – after we ship our stuff on July 8th.

There are six sections of shelving, each of which has four vertical posts. On the qty/measurement side, here is what it entails:

  • 24 upright posts – 153″ long
  • 40 shelves – 24″ x 36″ in size
  • Lots of nuts and bolts to hold it all together

A closer view of the shelving:

And the last item is our digital piano. It is a Yamaha Clavinova CLP-300, a bit older, not too many features.

So, if you are interested, give me a call.
